This page explains how to submit privacy requests and exercise choices that may be available where you live.

Potential rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a response. Certain regions also provide opt-outs for targeted advertising or processing defined as selling or sharing information.

Submitting your request

Email service@ravzento.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. State your country or region and describe the request clearly. Do not provide passwords or complete payment credentials.

Verification and representatives

We may request information reasonably needed to confirm identity and protect store records. An authorized representative may submit a request where permitted, subject to proof of authority and any required direct verification.

Response timing and fairness

We respond within timeframes required by applicable law, including lawful extensions. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination, although deleting data necessary to provide a requested service may affect that service.

Browser preference signals

Where legally required and technically supported, the store may recognize an eligible browser-based opt-out preference signal for the browser or device that transmits it.
