This Shipping Policy explains Ravzento processing times, rates, delivery estimates, tracking, import costs, and assistance with shipment problems.

Order preparation

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Product availability, verification, high-volume periods, and circumstances outside reasonable control can extend processing.

Available shipping rates

For eligible destinations, an order subtotal from USD 0.00 through USD 44.99 receives Fast shipping for USD 5.99. An order subtotal of USD 45.00 or more receives Free shipping for USD 0.00. Checkout displays the authoritative option for the products and destination entered.

Transit expectations

Any delivery estimate starts when the parcel is dispatched rather than when the order is submitted. Estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, seasonal demand, or local conditions.

Customs and destination charges

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, recipients are responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage, and similar destination charges. Local authorities and carriers determine these amounts independently of Ravzento.

Tracking and delivery information

Tracking is emailed when available and can take 1–3 business days to activate. Customers should enter complete delivery details and monitor carrier notices. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins.

Shipment assistance

If tracking remains inactive beyond a reasonable carrier window, a parcel arrives damaged, or a delivery marked complete cannot be found after checking locally, email service@ravzento.com with the order number.
