Payment Security

Ravzento uses Shopify checkout and recognized payment processors to help protect payment information and identify unauthorized transactions.

Secure transmission

Checkout details are transmitted using encrypted connections. Payment providers process complete card credentials, and Ravzento does not receive a complete readable card number or card security code.

Provider checks

A bank or payment provider may use address matching, security codes, or additional authentication. It may also place a temporary authorization hold, and it controls the timing for releasing an unused or declined authorization.

Order screening

We may review unusual transaction, billing, account, or device signals. A suspicious order can be paused for limited verification, rejected, or canceled and refunded when reasonably necessary to reduce fraud and protect customers.

Protecting your account

Keep account credentials confidential, use a trusted connection, and review payment activity. Email service@ravzento.com for order-payment assistance, but never send a password or complete card details.
