Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to sales through Ravzento and supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Customer eligibility and information

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. You are responsible for legitimate activity carried out through your customer account.

When a contract begins

Product listings invite an order but do not by themselves form a sales contract. A contract begins when Ravzento accepts the order through an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automated receipt only acknowledges submission and allows review for stock, errors, fraud, and fulfillment capability.

Price, payment, and currency

Transactions are set in USD. The checkout total includes disclosed shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges. Any currency-conversion or cross-border fees imposed by a payment provider are outside Ravzento control.

Delivery, ownership, and risk

Shipping availability depends on product and destination eligibility. Risk and ownership pass as required by applicable law, and ownership may remain with Ravzento until payment is received in full.

Returns and legal protections

Our Return & Refund Policy supplies the normal process. Stronger mandatory rights involving cancellation, conformity, warranty, refunds, or other consumer remedies prevail where applicable.

Circumstances beyond control

Ravzento is not responsible for a delay caused by events it could not reasonably prevent, including natural events, public-authority measures, infrastructure failures, labor disruption, or carrier interruption.

Remaining provisions and help

If one provision cannot be enforced, the others remain effective. Questions about a transaction may be emailed to service@ravzento.com.
